OhioMade is a business operations platform. Depending on the enabled realms and workflows, the platform may process identity information, onboarding records, operational data, audit logs, workforce information, scheduling information, and business workflow records.
This policy explains how OhioMade approaches privacy, operational security, and platform data responsibility.
2. Identity & account information

OhioMade may maintain permanent identity records including user IDs, emails, usernames, aliases, sessions, trusted devices, business memberships, realm access, and scoped permissions.
Business relationships
Businesses authorize relationships to identities, but businesses do not permanently own the identity account itself.
Authentication data
Session information, login timestamps, IP information, device metadata, and security events may be retained for operational security and audit protection.

Depending on enabled realms, OhioMade may process operational records including onboarding data, workforce activity, scheduling, payroll readiness, scan records, invoices, communications, compliance records, uploaded documents, and business workflow information.
PaperTrail documents
Onboarding and compliance documents may include identity verification, tax forms, workforce records, and operational onboarding evidence.
Audit visibility
OhioMade maintains audit history to explain operational activity, protect business integrity, investigate security issues, and preserve accountability.
Business-scoped data
Operational records are generally associated with the active business context, enabled realms, and scoped user permissions.

Data is used to operate enabled modules, maintain workflows, connect realms, and preserve operational continuity.
Security & fraud prevention
OhioMade may use logs, sessions, access history, and audit records to detect abuse, investigate incidents, and protect customer environments.
Operational AI assistance
OhioMade AI may analyze business-scoped operational context to explain blockers, onboarding status, realm access, workflow state, or operational issues while respecting platform permissions and business boundaries.
5. Hosted vs private deployments
Hosted services
OhioMade operates and secures the infrastructure used to deliver hosted platform services.
Private deployments
Customers operating private deployments control their hosting environment, backups, infrastructure, and administrative access.
Support access
OhioMade personnel or authorized agents access customer systems only when authorized, required for support, or necessary for platform/security operations.
6. Sharing & disclosure
OhioMade does not sell personal data.
Information may only be disclosed:
